Easy to punch in: Employees are issued their own magnetic stripe badge. To punch in, they simply swipe their card through the Lathem PayClock EZ terminal. Both a "beeper" and LED light signal whether the swipe is good or bad.
Easy to manage: Lathem PayClock EZ software does all the calculating for you. Such as Regular, Overtime, Sick, Vacation, Holiday and Other hours using flexible pay periods. Download this Lathem PayClock EZ 30-Day trial version 2004 to your disk. Once downloaded, double-click file to extract, then double-click "setup.exe" to install. The default password is "lathem". Includes integration for QuickBooks Pro. Please do not load this trial version on system currently running PayClock software.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
A one-year technical support agreement can be purchased directly from Lathem Time. The PayClock EZ support agreement costs only $99 and covers both software and hardware. Great for peace of mind. To get this price, you have up to 30 days to purchase the agreement from date of system purchase.
With Lathem Time Support Agreement
Unlimited toll-free phone access to highly trained technical support specialists for 12 months. Free software and version upgrades for 12 months. Lathem Time will also replace defective PC100 terminals via Next-Day shipping for 12 months.
Without Lathem Time Support Agreement
Lathem offers complimentary setup support for 30 days from date of purchase for all registered users. All software support provided after setup, is on a billable basis at a flat rate of $30 for the first 30 minutes and $30 for each additional 15 minutes. Charges will be applied to your VISA, MasterCard or Amex credit card. You must purchase software upgrades. For PC100 terminal repairs, you must send terminal to factory to be returned on completion. Even if you only have one 30 minute support call per month, you can expect to pay at least $360 per year at a per incident rate.
